Situated on the hilltop overlooking the new Marina and the sea to one side and Albufeira town on the other, this spacious 4 bedroom family villa has provided the perfect holiday location for our family over the past 16 years. Recently we have added a heated 7 metre pool which, combined with the elevated sun terrace, results in many of our guests barely venturing out of the house during their holiday stay!

To the West of the house stretch a series of idyllic small beaches mostly with their resident beach restaurant serving local fish with a good glass of wine or the local beer. Eastward is a complete contrast with the bustling activity of lively Albufeira with its never ending range of restaurants combined with some of the best nightclubs in southern Portugal.

The accommodation comprises 3 twin bedded rooms and one double bedroom (one with ensuite bathroom). There are also 2 further bathrooms. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with colour TV and video recorder. Adjoining is a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The secluded balcony on the first floor catches the sun all day and provides that bit of privacy. To the rear of the house is an outside dining area with a gas barbecue.
